Pine Island Vacation Home Rental

Located in Saint James City, Florida, this water front home with boat dock offers you the best access to all the boating and fishing Southwest Florida has to offer including Sanibel, Captiva, North Captiva, Cayo Costa, Pine Island Sound, Caloosahatchee River, Redfish Pass, North Captiva Pass, and Boca Grand Pass, miles of beaches, back country fishing, off shore fishing, beach activities, and plenty of waterfront restaurants.

Two boat ramps are available at marinas co-located just a minute from the house on the same canal. The house is just short of a mile from Pine Island Sound.

The house is a two bedroom, one bath, with a utility room, carport and rear patio. The house is equipped with central air and heat, microwave oven, toaster oven, regular stove and oven, three color TVs, stereo, VCR player, washer, dryer, and cable TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bottom and a single top and there is a single on the side. In addition there is a pullout single mattress that can be used on the floor of the living room. The house is fully equipped with all the linens and the kitchen with all the needs for cooking and serving food, including the blender.

The home is available by the week, month, and season. Shorter stays require a three day minimum. Some holiday weekends are available. The home usually gets rented during the winter season (Jan-March) for three months or more.

Pine Island Charter Trips (three day minimum, that include lodging at a waterfront home with Captain Brelsford as your host and house occupant are available for off and inshore fishing, night fishing, site seeing, and beach activities that include swimming, shelling and exploring, and cruising destinations for Cabbage Key and Cayo Costa State Park.
